A word from us

Our ultimate goal is to inspire and empower you, whether you are a fitness enthusiast or an instructor of any movement background. We are SO EXCITED to deliver an unforgettable, game-changing experience.

The studio we chose is meaningful to us because of its location in the vibrant neighbourhood we both call home, the Mile End. We intentionally created this schedule to support a variety of needs: for those who work, for those with family demands, for those making a quick trip in for the weekend, and for those who want time to experience and enjoy our beautiful city.

We believe in the incredible, lasting impact this weekend has to offer. We believe in the power and ripple effect of investing in yourself and your practice. We believe in providing an experience that will take you where you can truly go. Do you?

About Us

  • I’ve had the privilege and honour to lead thousands of individuals through movement over the last twelve years; in-person and virtually, large-scale groups and intimate sessions, from the most elite to the most vulnerable. As an Essentrics Master Trainer and host of Essentrics TV, I’ve had the incredible opportunity and platform to inspire and connect with people and instructors worldwide. The most common feedback I receive is about how I make people feel. It’s not just movement, it’s so much more.

My lifelong interest and degree in Psychology and Education set me up for a fitness approach that had me considering aspects of the whole person and the sensitivity to tune into and adapt to individual needs and learning styles. I have an embodied approach to teaching that will help you feel into the movements towards incredible transformations within yourself, which will ripple into your class if you are an instructor.

My style is also very foundation-focused (perhaps from my pre-school teaching days!). I love sharing the few simple principles for you to apply which will take your practice to a new level of efficiency, progress, understanding and enjoyment. A swimmer, a cyclist, a lover of all movement practices, I’ll get you exploring new strengthening edges and embracing a new softness.

  • Embodiment is at the heart of everything I do in life - the relationship to my body I established early on as a high-level figure skater is one I continue to cultivate every day.

Beyond helping my clients reach their individual strength, flexibility, mobility, or pain-relief goals, I seek to help them find this very connection within themselves and give them the tools to sustain it. I infuse each class with my passion and joy for movement, along with the interdisciplinary knowledge and movement intelligence I’ve amassed over the years.

I’m a Certified Balanced Body® Pilates Instructor and an Essentrics® Master Trainer with 13+ years of teaching experience, 12+ years of high performance figure skating training & competitions, and 8+ years of ballet training. I cannot wait to share my passion for movement with you over this special weekend!
